Recommended Products

Jima-mi Tofu
Jima-mi Tofu is made using the traditional direct flame method to ensure that it has a rich, traditional flavor.
To bring out the flavor of the peanuts, the tofu is made using the traditional direct flame method, which is a labor-intensive process, and so you can enjoy a richer flavor and texture than you would with ordinary Jima-mi Tofu.
In addition, the salt used as an ingredient is the salt from Chatan, which is known for its excellent mineral balance and mild flavor. Furthermore, the sauce that comes with it is also made in-house! The soy sauce-based sweet sauce, which uses pure brown sugar from Hateruma Island, goes perfectly with the jimami tofu.

Fresh sea grapes direct from the producer Sea grapes are carefully cultivated by producers in Itoman City, Nakijin Village and Ginoza Village. We sell sea grapes that have been sent directly from the producers. We are particular about freshness, and we receive sea grapes that have been harvested that morning. Because they grow by absorbing the nutrients of the sea, they are rich in potassium, iron and minerals, and are said to have effects such as improving skin. You can enjoy them by dipping them in our original sauce, or you can also enjoy them as ingredients in salads or hand-rolled sushi.

Okinawa-grown cultivated thick mozuku
In Okinawan dialect, mozuku is called “sunui” and has been eaten for a long time. We carefully select and handle high-quality “cultivated thick mozuku” that is harvested on the main island of Okinawa.
The “thick mozuku” we sell is different from the “thread mozuku” that is commonly found and eaten in Honshu, and is the type of mozuku commonly eaten in Okinawa Prefecture.
As the name suggests, it is thick, slimy, and has a crunchy texture with a hollow center. It is said to have effects such as anti-cancer, diabetes, hypertension, lifestyle-related disease prevention, and weight loss. It can be used in a variety of dishes such as vinegared dishes, clear soup, and tempura.

Kita Nakagusuku Asa
We sell arsa harvested from Nakagusuku Bay, where arsa cultivation is very popular in Okinawa.
The fresh arsa harvested every year between February and March is carefully sorted by hand and dried.
Furthermore, we are particular about the texture and ease of use, so we do not process the arsa by compressing it in a machine like is common, but instead carefully break it up by hand and package it, so you can add it directly to miso soup or clear soup without having to soak it in water first.

Salt-pickled island shallots
These are salt-pickled island shallots harvested in Ginoza Village, which is said to have the cleanest water in Okinawa and where agricultural produce grows deliciously. The island shallots are carefully salt-pickled on the day they are harvested from the contracted farmers and sent directly to us. This product is characterized by its robust flavor and taste.

Handmade Agu pork miso
This handmade miso is made using rare Agu pork, and has a richness and flavor that is different from other products, so we highly recommend it!
Also, because it comes in a pouch, it is a very popular product for taking with you or as a souvenir.
It is also delicious when dipped in vegetables or added as a secret ingredient to rafute.

Chicken Skin Crackers (93g)
Chicken skin crackers from the fried chicken shop that won the title of Japan’s best. They are handmade in Okinawa.
The crunchy texture is addictive! They are perfect as a snack for children or with drinks.
We want to deliver the “really good stuff” from Okinawa.
We handle delicious Okinawan products that will put a smile on your face.
Please visit “Gift Shoppers Okinawa”, “Okinawa Direct Market”, and “Ryukyu Shoten”, which only stock carefully selected products from within Okinawa Prefecture.
We always try to ensure that you can send carefully selected, delicious Okinawan food products as gifts to your loved ones, along with memories of your trip to Okinawa.
